Sleep Protocol

Regarding your health, there is nothing as important as sleep. Your immune system, cognition, hormones, emotional stability, and general recovery heavily rely on quality sleep. Without good sleep, you can never optimize your health and performance. So, it would help if you did everything you could to ensure consistent quality sleep. Our sleep protocol is designed with the highest quality and most researched nutriceuticals on the market. Leveraging these natural supplements can go a long way in helping to restore your sleep to optimal levels.

Our  overall protocol is as follows:

  • BrainMag: one scoop 30-60 minutes before bedtime per day 
  • Antioxidants DMG: One to two capsules per day.
  • DIM Max: Two capsules every evening.
  • GabaT2: one to two servings every second day
  • Calmind: one scoop every third day

BrainMag

GabaT2

GabaT2 is an Anxiolytic, reducing anxiety and stress response. GABA is a primary inhibitory neurotransmitter for the CNS. L-Taurine reduces neuromuscular excitability in the CNS and peripheral nervous system. L-Theanine, originally from Green Tea, promotes CNS relaxation, improved concentration, and learning ability.

Calmind

A stack of GABA, L-Taurine, L-Theanine, Magnesium, and most importantly, Inositol. Research supports its use for hormone balance, stress reduction, neuronal stabilization, blood pressure, and general relaxed mood. Inositol has particularly shown to be efficacious in helping you get back to sleep faster after waking up during a night’s sleep. 

Antioxidants DMG

A broad range of ingredients to protect against oxidative stress. Most importantly, contains N Dimethyl Glycine, which helps with reducing insomnia and improves sleep quality. 

DIM Max

Hormonal balance is of great importance when it comes to preventing insomnia. Estrogen dominance, particularly in women, is the cause of many health problems. One of which is insomnia. With reduced progesterone levels, falling asleep is more difficult, and nightly wakeful episodes are more frequent and longer lasting. DIM works to resolve this issue. 

MensMax (for men only)

While the hormonal balance side of the equation is also at play here, MensMax also contains apigenin which is one of the most well-researched supplements for increasing sleep quality. 

Melatonin

For those who use melatonin regularly and find no side effects, we recommend continuing with its use. Some people, however, will adapt to melatonin over time and no longer see the same level of benefits they initially did. We recommend melatonin should be used only occasionally to help adjust to jet lag or needing help getting to sleep over a short period.
