GABA T2 is an Anxiolytic, reducing anxiety and stress response.   GABA is an primary inhibitory neurotransmitter for the CNS.  L-Taurine reduces neuromuscular excitability, in the CNS and peripheral nervous system.  L-Theanine, originally from Green Tea, promotes CNS relaxation, improved concentration and learning ability.
