SWINE FLU HYBRID AND BRIDGE VIRUS TO SWINE-AVIAN FLU PANDEMIC GENES
The swine flu is common in the agribusiness, and antibodies to swine flu are present in 20% of vetenarians and 5% of pig farm workes, and rarely kills pigs.
However, this swine flu that has presented in Mexico, Texas, California, Queens NYC, London, Italy, etc. has genes of swine, avian, human, and asian flu. This is without any doubt a pandemic flu with a current case fatality estimated at 10 % plus, and rapidly is leaping across North America and to Europe.
Since 1997, the H5N1 flu has spread to all continents. Genetics showed that six strains had high pathogenic case fatality rates in the range of 70% average from 25 % to 100 % case fatality rates in humans, with some clusters of human to human spread, with close physical contact. Defiencies in two amino acids needed to allow rapid attachment to human cells was found in all strains, but can be acquired by recombinants with H9N2 or H7N3 or H3N2 etc. endemic human stains that can also coinfect pigs, birds, agricultural animals, and animals in the wild. Until fall 2008, the avian flu did not optimally replicate unless it was at 106 degrees or higher, but now it has acquired the capacity to replicate easily at 98.6 Farhenheit. Drug resistance to Amantadine, Tamiflu also are the predominant strains.
The current swine flu is analagous to a early 20th century steamer trunk, with stickers showing the visited countries and coastal cities. It has stamps from Asia, North America, Avian, Swine and Human genetics. This is a "Lab Creation". Now, we must understand that this virus is behaving as if it is more lethal per case that usual flu, and can recombine in pigs, wild and domestic birds, and other animals and can thus acquire PB2 deletions, NS1 gene polymorphisms, and the polybasic six amino acids that allow it to grow in brain and CNS as well as any other target organ in human and animal hosts. The NS1 deletion of four amino acids bypasses IL4, and thus is much more lethal with massive cytokine release at end stages. Because Avian H5N1 and the 1918 Swine Flu targeted young healthy people, the release of cytokines was more violent in the most healthy. This first wave is likely to recombine and after Phase 1 gene to population insertion, Phase 2 will result in new superstrains with additional genetic polymorphisms allow transfer efficiently to humans. Phase 2 is the bioreactor phase. In the emergent or Phase 3, new viral Clades of Swine /Avian hybrids will then have more efficient spreading and higher spontaneous lethality.

WHO UN ROTHCHILD'S FUNDED WITH CDC NIAID PANDEMIC FLU
Human Life International invited Dr Bill Deagle MD to speak, March 1997, to the International Board of Doctors and Scientists.
After my two hour talk, the board sat me down for a presentation of a foot of documents. Included were three distinct biological programs. The first was a plasmid anti-HCG contaminated Tetanus Vaccine, to cause first trimester sterility by spontaneous induced miscarriage in the target populations of Subsharan Africa, Phillipines, and other target WHO UN high density population countries.

They planned to insert into the genome Avian genes and spray into Asian bird populations, which would later be a gene pool when spread was complete to all continents for a new Swine-Avian Flu Pandemic.
We now see the H1N1 flu in Mexico, Canada, UK, Italy, USA and perhaps other locations, rapidly evolving. This wave is quite lethal, but with the H5N1 genetics in the wild, it is likely to come in future waves with yet more lethal genes and more rapid spread.
Certainly, in the next 7 days, the presence in multiple countries, US Pandemic Flu Alert, WHO raised from 3rd to 4th level, and the pronouncements for a decade plus of coming Pandemic Flu, this was totally a UN WHO plot to release a virus that would cull the human herd. Equilibrium is the key

Far superior manufacturing process
Most other forms of silver, whether called colloidal silver, silver hydrosol, mild silver protein, and so on, are made through a process called electrolysis, which consists of putting two metal rods in water with the ends sticking out, clipping wires to them and running electricity across them, and allowing the silver rod to deteriorate into the water. The process was created more than a hundred years ago, before we had an understanding of modern chemistry or even of how colloidal silver works.

SILVER IONS DO THE WORK, REQUIRE A DELIVERY MECHANISM
It is a well known fact in science that it is the silver ?ion? that kills germs and heals tissue, and that neutral silver atoms are inert and have no bioactivity whatsoever.
In physics, an element such as silver can only exist as either an atom or as an ion. An ion is an atom that?s missing an electron.
It is also well known that silver ions are extremely unstable and that in order to ?deliver? them to where you want them you need a method of stabilization and a controlled release.
This is illustrated perfectly in a 2006 article by Dr. Herbert Slavin, MD, director of the Institute of Advanced Medicine in Lauderhill, Florida, entitled ?Ionic Silver ? The Powerful Defense Against Viruses and Other Microbes? (http://www.silverfacts.com/powerful.pdf). In that article, he cites quote after quote from major news stories and press releases from major industrial and medical companies. Here is just one segment of his article, in which he quotes from The New York Times:
Our growing understanding of this area of controlled delivery has contributed greatly to the increase in the number of products using ionic silver for antimicrobial purposes. The New York Times stated in a December 2005 article, ?Silver, one of humankind's first weapons against bacteria, is receiving new respect for its antiseptic powers, thanks to the growing ability of researchers to tinker with its molecular structure.? What this refers to is the deliberate formation of molecular structures that will release silver ions in the given environment at the desired rate.
The same article goes on to say, ?But silver's time-tested ? if poorly understood ? versatility as a disinfectant was overshadowed in the latter half of the 20th century by the rise of antibiotics. Now, with more and more bacteria developing resistance to antibiotic drugs, some researchers and healthcare entrepreneurs have returned to silver for another look. This time around, they are armed with nanotechnology, a fast-developing collection of products and skills that helps researchers deploy silver compounds in ways that maximize the availability of silver ions ? the element's most potent form. Scientists also now have a better understanding of the weaknesses of their microbial adversaries.?
SELECTION OF THE TRANSPORT AGENT
The manner in which silver ions are released by the stabilization-and-transport agent is dictated by the agent that you marry the silver ion to. The selection of that agent determines how readily the silver ion will be released in the presence of other agents competing for it through electrochemical attraction.
?Colloidal? silver is simply a mechanism to achieve this necessary stabilization and release ? or delivery ? of silver ions. It consists of microscopic particles of silver metal ? inert silver atoms ? and, according to most manufacturers of colloidal silver, it may also contain some silver oxide and/or silver hydroxide. The silver oxide and silver hydroxide would contain some silver ions bound up as a component. Upon ingestion of the product, some of the silver metal will undergo a change-of-matter process in the body and release silver ions, and some of the silver oxide and silver hydroxide will, likewise, release some silver ions in the body. It is mainly the silver oxide that is the transport agent in colloidal silver. However, only very miniscule amounts of silver can ever be released as silver ion in the body from silver metal, silver oxide, or silver hydroxide.
As well as colloidal silver may work, it?s an extremely limited approach since, firstly, only a marginal percentage of the silver that is introduced to the body is in the form of ions and, secondly, the components are not at all conducive to releasing that portion of the silver which is indeed ionic. Additionally, colloidal particles ? whether we?re referring to silver metal, silver oxide or silver hydroxide ? are not soluble in water, which further makes it a very poor vehicle for delivering silver ions in the blood, which is water-based.
A SIMPLIFIED EXPLANATION OF ATOMS AND IONS
Silver, a member of the periodic table, is an atomic element. An atom can be likened to the solar system* ? it is made up of a nucleus (the sun) and of electrons spinning around it (the planets). An atom has an equal number of protons in the nucleus as it has electrons spinning around it. It is electrically balanced. If you add or remove an electron, it is no longer referred to as an atom. It is now referred to as an ion. It is electrically imbalanced and a myriad of tendencies to interact with other ions are now at play. How those interactions will play out depends on what those other ions are, and on the different kinds of ions in the vicinity competing for one another ? which is dictated by the electrochemical attraction that exists between ions of various substances.
A silver atom has 47 electrons (planets) spinning around the nucleus (sun). Silver metal is made up exclusively of silver atoms ? metallic silver is atomic silver. The atoms in metallic silver are intact and are not bioactive at all ? they?re completely inert. Only silver ions exhibit bioactivity.
A silver ion consists of a silver atom that is missing an electron (planet).
A silver ion has a plus-one positive charge. It is generally not possible to add an electron to a silver ion, only to remove one. Therefore, generally speaking, all silver ions are positively charged ?plus-one? ions.
A silver ion is extremely unstable and will tend to bind with negative ions that can give it back its missing electron, even if they have to share that electron. The sources of those shared electrons can be a myriad of substances. A silver ion cannot exist alone in the physical world ? it will always have something with it that puts it into electrical balance. Different substances have different degrees (or strengths) of attraction to silver ions. There might be virtually no strength to the attraction, as with, for instance, silver nitrate, or there might be a very strong attraction, as with, for instance, silver chloride.
CONTROLLED DELIVERY OF SILVER IONS
As stated above, the trend in utilizing silver in antimicrobial and wound-healing applications in recent years and, for that matter, the uses of silver for those purposes for more than a century by modern medicine and industry (and for centuries back through history), all involves the utilization of silver ions. Silver atoms, the only other form in which silver can exist, are entirely inert and have no bioactivity whatsoever. This is basic chemistry and physics. Any chemistry student with the most basic knowledge knows this to be the case. The descriptive materials and the continual news stories and press releases on the many industrial and medical products introduced in recent times utilizing ionic silver make it very clear that it is only the ionic form of silver that exhibits the bioactive effects associated with silver.
When silver coins were used long ago to protect milk from spoilage, for instance, it was the tiny quantity of silver ions released from the predominantly metallic silver coin that did the work. Silver metal will almost always yield a minute amount of silver ions ? environmental conditions will almost always result in some of the silver atoms that comprise the silver metal losing electrons, thus yielding some silver ions. It can be said that the silver metal deteriorates upon exposure to the environment, resulting in it yielding a minute portion of its silver as silver ions.
The reason silver nitrate is not practical for internal human use as an antimicrobial agent is that there is virtually no strength to the bond between the silver ion and the nitrate ion, leaving the silver ion available to bind up with anything in the mouth or digestive tract that has a strong attraction to silver ion. The oral mucosa and entire digestive tract are loaded with such substances, with chloride ion being the most aggressive attractor of silver ion of all substances in the body. Therefore, silver nitrate powder ? although it is soluble in water and thus in the blood, and although it is readily available for sale in bulk quantities from chemical supply companies at a relatively cheap cost ? is virtually useless for internal human use.
TWO KEY FUNCTIONS ARE REQUIRED
What is needed in order to make the bioactive benefits of silver ions available to the human body for internal use is a mechanism to achieve two key functions:
1. The silver ion must be protected from precipitation ? or, to put it another way, from being bound up with chloride ions or other negatively charged ions ? as it crosses the oral mucosa and/or digestive tract and enters the blood system. This means the silver ion must be stabilized in such a way that it is not available to substances that would be attracting it.
2. The method of stabilization must of necessity allow the silver ions to become gradually available to be utilized by the body after being transported into the body. The reason gradual, controlled release is needed is to optimally enable the silver ions to provide potential bioactive benefits to the body without first being captured by substances such as chloride ions.
EQUILIBRIUM CONSTANT IS WHAT MATTERS TO A CHEMIST
To a chemist, this all boils down to one bottom-line factor: equilibrium, or the ?equilibrium constant? ? also referred to as the ?dissociation constant.? This is the key, in chemistry, to understanding the characteristics of a molecular substance under various environmental conditions.
The equilibrium constant is what determines how readily the compound or molecular structure will remain intact or stable and how readily it will dissociate or destabilize or in order to release the silver ions and make them available under given conditions.
DELIBERATE FORMULATION OF OPTI-SILVERTM
Opti-Silver was designed from the ground up with the specific goal of unleashing the true potential of silver ion delivery in the human body and, in fact, of overcoming all of the limitations inherent in colloidal silver.
The chemistry behind the active components that comprise the Opti-Silver complex is well known. The precise chemical structures of the raw materials and of the resultant formulation are all entirely understood and clear. They were specifically selected for optimally achieving the key goals of stabilization and controlled release of silver ions in the body.
The source of the silver ions when manufacturing Opti-Silver is silver oxide (it is noteworthy that many colloidal silver companies claim that the end result of their production method is silver oxide, and that this is where the process for manufacturing Opti-Silver begins). The chemical characteristics of Opti-Silver can be calculated and fully understood by a chemist. Specifically, the equilibrium constant can be clearly calculated and, thus, the efficiency of the delivery-and-release mechanism can be readily understood and anticipated.
The silver citrate complex is deliberately made to be water-soluble, and is kept in equilibrium in the bottle and in the blood, through the addition of potassium, which serves as the essential counter-ion. The chemistry is extremely well controlled. Silver citrate alone is not water soluble, nor is it soluble in the blood. However, upon the addition of potassium, silver citrate becomes entirely water soluble and thus entirely soluble in the blood, and exhibits the optimal equilibrium constant for the most effective balance between stabilization and release.
The Opti-Silver complex encompasses a set of factors chosen for the sole purpose of optimizing the two key functions that are required for delivery of silver ions to the human body: stabilization for delivery, and controlled release.
The vast majority of the silver ion content in Opti-Silver is stabilized within the complex in a manner designed to withstand the attempts at attraction by any competing substances in the body until slow release is achieved when desired. Controlled delivery of silver ions in the human body is the most challenging of environments. Without the right degree of balance between stabilization and controlled release of the silver ions, they will either bind up with chlorides and other agents in the mouth, digestive tract and blood if the bond with the transport agent is too weak, or they will fail to ever be released in the body if that bond is too strong. The complicated electrochemical environment of the human body is unique in nature.
Tests on killing germs outside the body reveal almost nothing when it comes to knowing how the product will perform at delivering silver ions into the body. Surface disinfection and tests in a Petri disk are not the same as delivery in the human body ? which is why the FDA prohibits any company from using approvals for surface disinfection or tests in a test tube as a basis for making any advertising claims for internal human use. In order for any lab test to have meaning in indicating what to expect in the human body, elaborate steps must be taken to replicate as closely as possible the conditions of the human body.

War on Iran: The Perfect Storm from Hell
As the global bankers? plan to bring down the American and world?s economy continues (so that they can acquire as much of our wealth as possible at ?fire sale? prices ~ an old strategy; and herald the introduction of their New World Order), the world is facing another much worse danger. A regional war in the Middle East that will involve global strategic weapons of mass destruction with deaths in the hundreds of millions to billions in North America, Europe, the Middle East and globally.
I have served as a consultant to three very high tech aerospace firms. My specialty is conceptualizing advanced warfare especially as it relates to new cutting edge advanced weapon systems. What I see unfolding with a war on Iran is the most frightening set of circumstances I have ever seen; and I have been involved in advanced theoretical weaponry strategy and design for over 20 years.
The rise of the Likud/neo-cons, with Benjamin Netanyahu as the unholy high priest, has been a disaster for Israel, America, the Middle East, and the world at large. The smartest thing that Israel ever did was to use American money to buy off Jordan and Egypt and make peace with them. The dumbest thing was to empower the Likud Party hardliners centered on Bibi Netanyahu and the Bush/Obama Administrations (with supporting roles played by neo-con leaders in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, and elsewhere). Six years ago Israel was no where near a MAD (mutually assured destruction) environment. Today it has a very dangerous four-front MAD environment and it was unable, in the Second Lebanon War of 3 1/2 years ago, to overturn the dangers surrounding it, in fact the level of MAD danger has increased considerably since the summer of 2006.
The war party in Israel and America has facilitated the rise of a regional (Iran/Syria/Lebanon/Palestine) MAD. I truly believe that the Likud/neo-con strategy is a total failure. The stated goal of the strategy is to break-up and weaken several Middle Eastern states that pose, or could pose, a strategic risk to Israel. To this end Saddam was encouraged to attack Kuwait resulting in the First Gulf War. When he was able to demonstrate during the Gulf War, even in the face of intense allied air attacks, his ability to ?deliver ordinance on target? using his Scud missiles the United States (and allies) decided not to drive all the way to Bagdad. We knew that he was holding back ?the heavy stuff? and only using ?dumb? high explosive warheads; not the chemical, biological and radiological warheads that could have caused massive damage to Israel and to the Saudi oilfields. Saddam Hussein's military had prepared what it called the "great equalizer", an arsenal of 25 Scud warheads carrying over 11,000lb of biological agents, including deadly botulism poison and anthrax germs (an additional 33,000lb of germ agents were placed in artillery shells and bombs). It was only after he was forced into denuding himself of his advanced weaponry that the neo-cons were able to begin the Second Gulf War commonly called the Iraq War.
After Iraq, the Likud/neo-con war strategy calls for the neutralizing of Iran and Syria. The Iranians response, to this strategy, was to train and equip Hezbollah in Lebanon and to deepen their strategic alliance with Syria.
During the 2006 Second Lebanon War, the Iranian trained and equipped Hezbollah forces repeated the efforts of Saddam during the First Gulf War. They delivered a very large number of rockets with ?dumb? high explosive warheads on Israel. The Hezbollah Special Forces are in-effect a highly trained and well-equipped Iranian commando force of at least a Brigade in size. They man and protect a large number of mostly unguided and rather crude rockets, generally Katyusha 122mm artillery rockets with a 19 mile/30km range and capable of delivering approximately 66 pounds/30kg of warheads. Additionally, Hezbollah are known to possess a considerable number of more advanced and longer range guided missiles. During the 2006 war Hezbollah fired approximately 4,000 rockets (95% of which were Katyshas) all utilizing only "dumb" high explosive warheads. Some Iranian build and supplied Fajr-3 and Ra'ad 1 liquid-fueled missiles were also fired. At the time of the 2006 war Hezbollah was reported to have in the range of 13,000 rockets. There are creditable reports that this number has been rebuilt and expanded upon since the end of that war and that the number of rockets is now at least 50,000 and perhaps 60,000 or more.
During the 2006 war the world watched as Israeli towns were hit time and time again by the Katyushas. What was not discussed by the main stream news media was the fact that the ordinance delivered by the Katyushas was mainly harassment fire with very limited effect. The Iranian/Syrian trained and supplied Hezhollah commandos were holding back their "heavy stuff" both in terms of their longer range guided missiles capable of hitting southern Israel and most importantly warheads of strategic military importance. That is NBC (nuclear [in this case radiological] chemical and biological) and advanced-conventional warheads. They were demonstrating their ability to deliver "ordinance on target" and their ability to survive a heavy Israeli ground and air combined arms attack.
Hezbollah has the capability of loading truly strategic warheads on the large number of mostly crude older technology unguided rockets that it has. The use of advanced-conventional fuel-air explosive (FAE) warheads on the Katyushas would have had a much more profound effect in Israeli cities. The use of FAE submunitions on the larger missiles capable of hitting any target in Israel would have given Hezbollah the firepower of low-yield nuclear weapons without crossing the nuclear threshold. Coupled with the large number of missiles in Syria and those in Iran, the Hezbollah rockets posed, and continue to pose, a truly grave strategic threat to Israel if FAE warheads are used. This threat is dramatically increased if radiological ("dirty bombs"), chemical, and/or advanced biological warheads are used.
The massive number of Hezbollah rockets could also be outfitted with chemical warheads. It is worth noting that the joint Syrian-Iranian chemical warfare R&D and production program is perhaps the largest and most complicated on earth. Generally the Israelis have shown themselves to be prepared for chemical warfare, however a chemical war attack following closely behind a FAE attack (to open up bunkers and apartment buildings) would have greater effect. While it is not necessary to utilize a rocket to deliver a biological war attack, it could be done and there is some benefit militarily to a rapid dispersal of biowar agents under the cover of conventional attacks. Radiological weapons deliver the long term (which can be hundreds of thousands of years) lethal effects of radiation without the blast effect of a nuclear bomb.
The combined military strategic capability of NBC/Advanced Conventional warheads and very large numbers of rockets operated and protected by Hezbollah, coupled with the arsenal of Syria and Iran (and Hamas) acts as a MAD (mutually assured destruction) between Israel and Iran/Syria. Yes the Israelis can nuke the hell out of both Iran and Syria; however, they possess a fatal return punch. Only a madman would consider starting a war in a MAD environment.
The response from the Israeli and neo-con hardliners to the new MAD strategic environment has been frightening. Instead of recognizing the danger to Israel and to the entire world from the Iranian/Syrian ?checkmate? on the aggressive Israeli/neo-con strategy, and making major changes to their strategy, they are attempting to ?tough it out?. The issue of ?danger from the Iranian nuclear program? is a smokescreen to facilitate the coming war on Iran and her allies (Syria, Hezbollah, and Hamas) and to continue with the next stage of the neo-con strategy. The response from the hardliners is more war and damn their WMD (weapons of mass destruction). This is most unwise and most dangerous to the entire world.
When the USSR was falling apart, and in the aftermath of the USSR breakup, Iran spend a lot of money to hire some of the best Soviet biological war experts. The advanced biowar weapons that Iran has developed gives Iran a Global Strategic Weapon of Mass Destruction that can unleash levels of death among the populations of the major neo-con nations (USA, UK, France, German, Italy, etc.) very similar to that from a global strategic nuclear strike. This means that Iran and her allies have a MAD with America, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, German, Italy, etc.
Most people think of biological warfare as anthrax and smallpox; they do not understand that there has been a major shift in technology. The difference between the old biowar (that most people think of) and advanced biowar (with its recombination DNA designer super killer viruses) is like the difference between an old Model T Ford and a 2010 Rolls Royce Phantom. Both are cars, or biological weapons, but there is a difference of several orders of magnitude.
Regardless of how a war against Iran breaks out, it is likely to very quickly escalate to the usage of WMD. There has been talk among USAF war planners of a 1,200 (some say 2,000 to 3,000 or more) target attack on Iran?s nuclear, industrial, military, political and religious infrastructure. If a foreign enemy were to bomb 1,200 or more targets in the United States what would be the response of the American government and it?s military? Actually the answer to this question is well known. The stated doctrine of the United States of America is to rain hundreds of hydrogen bombs (WMD) on the territory and people of such an aggressor; this has been our policy for approximately 60 years. Why do we presuppose that the Iranians would not do the same?
If Iran is hit by either an Israeli and/or an American air attack, it is certain that Iran will respond. This response, even if is non-WMD at first, will certainly result in more escalation and counter-escalation. The chances of a regional Middle East war between Iran/Syria/Hezbollah/Hamas and Israel/USA not becoming a nuclear and advanced biological war nightmare are very low.
In fact, since both sides know this, there is a strong military incentive to move to all out usage of WMD when the first bombs begin to fall (in order to utilize more of one?s weaponry before its destruction). This could include Iranian/Syrian fire-on-warning system using a fiber-optic CCC link between all the launch bunkers in Lebanon, Syria, Iran, and Palestine to co-ordinate fire a truly massive barrage of rockets and guided missiles, with WMD warheads, upon Israel within the first five-minutes of a launch warning. A similar fire-on-warning system for Israel, only involving nuclear-armed IRBMs, and submarine launched cruise missiles (SLCMs), and rapid launch of aircraft carried air-launched cruise missiles (ALCMs). could also launch within five minutes of warning.
This is the "hair-triggering" of WMD in the single most dangerous place on the planet Earth.
The end result will be a brief battle of unbelievable intensity that will leave half or more of all Israelis dead and large parts of the Israeli nation poisoned for hundreds of thousands of years by radiological warheads. Syria, Iran, and large parts of Lebanon and Palestine will cease to exists and will be little more than a green radioactive debris field poisonous to all forms of life higher than a cockroach for hundreds of thousands of years (longer than modern man has existed). The Iranian oilfields and most likely the oilfields of a large part of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and other areas of the Middle East are also apt to be so poisoned by Iranian radiological warheads or Israeli/American nuclear fallout. (Which is key to the use of a scalar weapon to trigger the recent Haitian earthquake. The massive oilfields in and off-shore Haiti have long been a key hidden reserve site for the major American oil companies. That we have placed such a large military force in Haiti is indicative that we expect large parts of the Middle East oil fields to be inoperative due to radiological contamination in the near future.)
The destruction of the Middle Eastern oilfields and the blocking of the Gulf will cause the world to suffer its most complete economic collapse in history. All of this will take less than one week from the beginning of the General Middle East War.
At about two weeks, after the beginning of the war on Iran, emergency rooms and doctors offices will begin to see a sudden spike in a number of new diseases with numerous very ill people being admitted to hospitals in North America, and Western Europe and what is left of Israel. By that time the Iranian and Syrian states will have effectively ceased to exist with insufficient manpower and organization to even bury their dead.
The many new genetically engineered viruses causing the strange diseases showing up will have been spread by sleeper agents supplied with a number of new viruses and distributed in public places (movie theaters, shopping malls, churches, etc.) quietly without anyone knowing. Humans themselves will become the vectors of the diseases/biowar agents. Although the Bush/Obama Administrations has spent well over $40 billion on biowar defense in the last few years, there is little that can realistically be done against a global strategic advanced biowar attack. The tactic of necessity will be to lock down everyone, with only key persons being allowed to leave their homes, in order to let the multiple genetically engineered diseases burn themselves out (a nice way of saying letting everyone who has the illnesses die off).
Expect to see sub dermal RFID chips implanted under the skin of the population left in the major neo-con states to ?prove your disease free status? and necessary to buy, sell, or work. Expect to see military checkpoints everywhere and total control by the neo-con national governments over all aspects of life. Expect to see concentration camps for persons suspected of disloyalty to the state (this will include many viewers of sites like this one). Expect to see levels of death, fear, repression that are almost incomprehensible.
Expect to see the various biological warfare diseases spread throughout the world, even with a total shutdown of international travel. Many many millions will die in Russia and China. Expect to see those national governments not controlled by the neo-con masters to go ape shit when their populations face the nightmare of advanced biowar. Expect the regional war in the Middle East to trigger an all out global battle utilizing all forms of weapons of mass destruction within a few weeks to a few months of the initial attacks on Iran.
