SWINE FLU HYBRID AND BRIDGE VIRUS TO SWINE-AVIAN FLU PANDEMIC GENES
The swine flu is common in the agribusiness, and antibodies to swine flu are present in 20% of vetenarians and 5% of pig farm workes, and rarely kills pigs.
However, this swine flu that has presented in Mexico, Texas, California, Queens NYC, London, Italy, etc. has genes of swine, avian, human, and asian flu. This is without any doubt a pandemic flu with a current case fatality estimated at 10 % plus, and rapidly is leaping across North America and to Europe.
Since 1997, the H5N1 flu has spread to all continents. Genetics showed that six strains had high pathogenic case fatality rates in the range of 70% average from 25 % to 100 % case fatality rates in humans, with some clusters of human to human spread, with close physical contact. Defiencies in two amino acids needed to allow rapid attachment to human cells was found in all strains, but can be acquired by recombinants with H9N2 or H7N3 or H3N2 etc. endemic human stains that can also coinfect pigs, birds, agricultural animals, and animals in the wild. Until fall 2008, the avian flu did not optimally replicate unless it was at 106 degrees or higher, but now it has acquired the capacity to replicate easily at 98.6 Farhenheit. Drug resistance to Amantadine, Tamiflu also are the predominant strains.
The current swine flu is analagous to a early 20th century steamer trunk, with stickers showing the visited countries and coastal cities. It has stamps from Asia, North America, Avian, Swine and Human genetics. This is a "Lab Creation". Now, we must understand that this virus is behaving as if it is more lethal per case that usual flu, and can recombine in pigs, wild and domestic birds, and other animals and can thus acquire PB2 deletions, NS1 gene polymorphisms, and the polybasic six amino acids that allow it to grow in brain and CNS as well as any other target organ in human and animal hosts. The NS1 deletion of four amino acids bypasses IL4, and thus is much more lethal with massive cytokine release at end stages. Because Avian H5N1 and the 1918 Swine Flu targeted young healthy people, the release of cytokines was more violent in the most healthy. This first wave is likely to recombine and after Phase 1 gene to population insertion, Phase 2 will result in new superstrains with additional genetic polymorphisms allow transfer efficiently to humans. Phase 2 is the bioreactor phase. In the emergent or Phase 3, new viral Clades of Swine /Avian hybrids will then have more efficient spreading and higher spontaneous lethality.

They planned to insert into the genome Avian genes and spray into Asian bird populations, which would later be a gene pool when spread was complete to all continents for a new Swine-Avian Flu Pandemic.
We now see the H1N1 flu in Mexico, Canada, UK, Italy, USA and perhaps other locations, rapidly evolving. This wave is quite lethal, but with the H5N1 genetics in the wild, it is likely to come in future waves with yet more lethal genes and more rapid spread.
Certainly, in the next 7 days, the presence in multiple countries, US Pandemic Flu Alert, WHO raised from 3rd to 4th level, and the pronouncements for a decade plus of coming Pandemic Flu, this was totally a UN WHO plot to release a virus that would cull the human herd. I suspect it to be useful, that, occasionally, I write a brief summary of those most relevant features of the global economic-strategic situation.
THE STANDING SITUATION:
The world as a whole, when seen from the standpoint of my "Triple Curve Function," is presently gripped by a world-wide breakdown-crisis of a form like that of Weimar Germany of March-November 1923. The essential difference is that 1923 Germany's crisis was bounded by the confining borders assigned by the Versailles conditionalities; a comparable pattern; the present world crisis is coming on fast, and has no present signs of exceptions except those implied by the recent Russia-China agreements.
In short, there will never be a recovery from the general breakdown-crisis which began in the U.S.A. at the close of July 2007, unless and until the measures of reform which I have proposed were introduced. All reports of an upturn, such as those from the U.S.A. and western European circles, are flatly incompetent. For the moment, the U.S. Federal Executive and Congress generally are pitiably incompetent, and headed toward early doom. There are alternatives, but all policies presented by the so-called "Trans-Atlantic Community" are an oncoming disaster.
THE REMEDY
As I outlined the case in my recent international webcast of November 11th, at present, the only possible remedy would feature a wiping out of much of the monetarist trash, such as that of the U.S. Federal Reserve "bail out" swindles, and requires the application of a Glass-Steagall-type reorganization of the U.S. banking system as a reorganization of the national commercial banking system, as an action enabling the uttering of U.S. Federal Credit for launching a half-century building of the basic economic infrastructure of the U.S.A. and associated nations around the theme of a nuclear-power-based orientation to a high-energy-flux-density quality of return to the orientation of the U.S. Government under President Franklin Roosevelt's leadership. This must be based on an international fixed-exchange-rate system organized among respectively sovereign national credit-systems, rather than a monetary system.
At the present time, such a reform, probably led by a four-party group of the U.S.A., Russia, China, and India, could succeed in halting the present collapse, stabilizing the world economic situation, and launching a decade of an upward-moving decade of physical economy and credit-system reforms.
EUROPE PRESENTLY
At the present moment, there is no current prospect of anything but a continued, accelerating general collapse of the economies of a Euro-dominated system in western and central continental Europe. However, were the "Great Four" group of the U.S.A., Russia, China, and India, to lead in the proposed reform, a recovery of western and central Europe, probably led by improved options for France and Germany, could bring Europe generally into the fold of a global trend toward recovery.
THE CRUCIAL POINT
The presently accelerating world economic breakdown-crisis can be considered "temporary" in the respect that the disease responsible for this crisis is the trend of changes set into motion by the combined initiatives of that Kennedy assassination which made possible the long 1964-75 Indo-China war, under the conditions triggered by the reforms which British Prime Minister Harold Wilson crafted to bring about the process of breakdown of the remains of the Bretton Woods System. No mere monetary reform could save the present world system from the presently accelerating descent into the pit; only a U.S. form of constitutional credit-system, according to President Franklin Roosevelt's defeat of John Maynard Keynes during the 1944 Bretton Woods debate, is a feasible reform under present conditions.
THE END OF "GLOBALIZATION"
The most deadly feature of the process which has led the world at large into the present, planetary breakdown-crisis of the present world monetary system, has been "globalization" ? the modern attempted revival of a imperialist form of a "Tower of Babel." A revival must be based upon a science-driven, high-energy-flux-density driven, physical economic revival of sovereign nation states working as partners, with an end to all relics of the recent decades of "globalization." Otherwise, the doom of the present "Tower of Babel" is even more certain than that of the Biblical account.

November 14, 2009 Boston, MA (LPAC) -- LaRouche Youth Movement activist Rachel Brown announced today that she is a candidate for the Democratic nomination to U.S. Congress in the 4th District in Massachusetts, for the seat presently occupied by Bailout Barney Frank. Brown told a national internet audience on The LaRouche Show today that Frank is one of the key Congressional figures promoting fascist policies, which are destroying our nation's physical economy, and which threaten the lives of millions of Americans. She singled out his role in supporting the bailout of bankrupt banks and financial institutions -- in particular, his attack on Lyndon LaRouche's Home Owner and Bank Protection Act -- and his rabid support of the Obama health care bill, which is modeled on Hitler's Nazi T-4 genocide policy, as evidence that he is unfit to remain in the U.S. Congress.
Bailout Barney Frank, she said, has no problem supporting a bailout of financial institutions, run by swindlers and thieves, at the expense of jobs and industries in the U.S. While millions are losing their jobs and their homes, he repeatedly has sided with those, such as former Goldman Sachs CEO and Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson, Federal Reserve Chairman Bernanke, and current Treasury Secretary Geithner, who have provided more than $23.7 trillion in bailouts to bankrupt institutions, while ignoring the needs of our citizens. While a mass strike of these citizens has emerged, of people who feel betrayed by their government, who are demanding that the government act in their interests, Bailout Barney worked to sabotage moves to establish a Pecora Commission to investigate financial fraud, and is currently involved in efforts to prevent a return to the Glass Steagall regulatory standards in banking.
And when I asked him at a town meeting, she added, how he can defend President Obama's so-called health care policy, which will kill the sick and elderly, through provisions taken from Hitler's 1939 "useless eaters" policy, he tried to duck the question, instead ranting incoherently.
His actions, she said, are nothing less than a betrayal of the oath of office he took, to uphold the Constitution. The anger directed at him during town meetings has been richly deserved, as his constituents' lives are endangered by what he has done in the Congress, and what he will continue to do if re-elected.
Therefore, she concluded, I am running for Congress, to defeat him in the Democratic Party primary. To those who have lost your homes, or are in danger of losing them, because of Bailout Barney's actions, join with me, to send him packing. To those who have lost your jobs, or fear you will lose them, join me in getting The LaRouche Plan passed by the U.S. Congress, to revive our tradition of a credit system, to revive our productive economy, while shutting down the bailouts of speculators. November 15, 2009 (LPAC)?The heads of 21 Asia-Pacific nations, including China, Russia and the United States, are in Singapore this weekend for the annual APEC forum. And while speeches by Russian President Medvedev and Chinese President Hu Jintao have affirmed the new cooperation between those two anchor nations of the Four Powers alliance, much of the concrete statecraft has been taking place on the sidelines, in a series of bilateral meetings. President Obama arrived late Saturday night from his first Asia stopover in Tokyo, and will go on to China and South Korea after the APEC gathering ends. He will meet separately with Presidents Medvedev and Hu Jintao during the weekend.
While the formal heads of state summit is to take place Sunday, both the Russian and Chinese presidents addressed a gathering of business leaders on Saturday, and both speeches reflected the strategic shift in orientation of the two governments. President Medvedev, according to Itar-Tass, emphasized that the global financial crisis has forced a structural overhaul of the national economy. "He believes that Russia should become a country whose prosperity will depend not so much on raw materials as on intellectual resources, high technologies, innovative products, etc." President Medvedev expanded on those points, in an article he published in The Economist, on the eve of the APEC summit, focusing on Russian expanded investment in research and development in the field of nuclear power, outer space, and medicine.
Presidents Medvedev and Hu Jintao met in Singapore, and in comments to reporters, both leaders stressed the recent agreements to build up the regions of the Russian Far East and China. "I have already given instructions on the fulfillment of the agreements," Medvedev told his Chinese counterpart." Hu Jintao noted that the Russian president is coming to China next year, and emphasized that this will be an "important event in the development of bilateral relations."
Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi met on Saturday with U.S. Secretary of States Hillary Clinton, and invited her to visit China next year?which she accepted. She will be accompanying President Obama next week on a four day visit to China, with stopovers in Shanghai and Beijing.
And in another indication of dramatic changes in the political relations in the Far East, Chinese President Hu Jintao also met, in his capacity as General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, with Lien Chan, honorary chairman of the Koumintang (KMT), who was formerly vice president of Taiwan. At the meeting, Hu declared, "We should continue to follow the approaches of putting aside difficult issues, and making economic issues priority in advancing cross-Strait consultation, and strive to launch the consultation process for a cross-Strait economic cooperation framework agreement within this year."

Food and Agriculture Organization, tell in advance why the intended Declaration (a draft is circulating) is a call for more globalization and famine, in the false name of combatting hunger!
Lyndon LaRouche said, "It's a fraud! It's a plan to decrease the world's population by two-thirds. It's a desperate effort to keep control for the moment. It's bad bullshit,? that's the only way to describe it. Don't give it any credibility. They are who they are, out for genocide. Don't get excited about it; it's not going to work. A different trend is happening in the world; at this time, the power of London is about to evaporate. London and its friends are about to lose their power."
On Nov. 12-13, FAO Director Jacques Diouf and other FAO officials met with top execs of major agro-cartel companies now dominating world food, farming, and processing, at a forum, "Private Sector Actions to Reduce Food Insecurity," including Paul Naar, Vice President of Cargill; David Blanchard, Senior V.P. of Unilever; Henry Rieux, Bunge, Europe; Dean Oestreich, Chairman of Pioneer Hi-Bred International (DuPont), the world's largest seed company; Sean de Cleene, Vice President, Yara Fertilizer, the world's largest; and many others. Their common theme, as stated in the title of one of the panels, is: "Sustainable Food Value Chains," which is globaloney-talk meaning: the cartels?not governments, not farmers, not citizens?make the decisions from farm to table, on who farms, who eats, and who doesn't.
This year a new entity was formed called the Global Food Initiative, by four leaders of the world food cartel: Monsanto, ADM, DuPont (Pioneer), and John Deere. The purpose of the association is to promote still more globalization and private control over food seeds, processing, farm inputs, trade, and final distribution.
On Nov. 2-3 in London, this goal was discussed at a conference at the Royal Institute for International Affairs (RIIA, or Chatham House), "Food Security 2009?Achieving Long-Term Solutions."
On Monday, the FAO Summit proper convenes, with an expected attendance of several dozens heads of state, and a keynote by Pope Benedict XVI. As the FAO itself documents, at least 1.02 billion people?one sixth of the human race, is going hungry now. Helga Zepp-LaRouche in 2008 led a world drive for the June 2008 FAO World Food Summit to launch measures to double world food production at the earliest possible time. This can be done through a physical economic mobilization possible under a new credit system, as Lyndon LaRouche calls for, by a "Four Powers" collaboration of Russia, China, India, and the United States.
In opposition to this perspective, the draft 41-point Summit Declaration calls for more globalization, and public/private partnerships in the name of the "right to food."
Meantime, the crocodile tears are flowing. Today, Diouf began a 24-hour hunger strike aimed at calling attention to hunger, to be joined on Sunday by U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki Moon. The FAO is circulating a world petition "to end hunger." You are asked to e-sign a statement saying, "I agree."
The seven-page draft Declaration features "Five Rome Principles for Sustainable Food Security," that are based explicitly on the anti-nation premise that food security is defined as people getting their food from the world market, not from their own nation's domestic agro-industrial and infrastructure capacity.

November 16, 2009 (LPAC)?During an interview with ABC News Sunday, following her appearance at the APEC Summit in Singapore, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton made clear that "the United States has no long-term stake in Afghanistan," and "its primary objective is to defeat the al-Qaeda."
"We're not interested in staying in Afghanistan. We have no long-term stake there. We want that to be made very clear," she told the ABC network. "And we understand that the Afghans themselves need help in order to defend themselves against the Taliban. Those are mutually reinforcing missions but our highest obligation is to the American people," she said. Ms. Clinton, who appeared for this interview two days after President Barack Obama promised a decision soon on whether to send thousands more U.S. troops to Afghanistan, also pressured Afghan President Hamid Karzai to do more to fight corruption.
A day earlier, the U.S. National Security Council (NSC) chief, Gen. Jim Jones, while visiting Pakistan, was confronted by the Pakistani authorities, who urged him to retract his statement in an interview a few days before, which indicated that Washington is considering withdrawal from Afghanistan as an option.
Secretary Clinton's statement that the United States has no long-term stake in Afghanistan, and the NSC chief's statement, indicate that the withdrawal from Afghanistan, although not a hasty one, is now under discussion among the policymakers around President Obama.
